Peace and Power Counseling has a harm reduction approach developed by Gina Fricke, to help those who are struggling with a gambling problem. If your goal is to reduce your gambling with help or see if you can gamble in a controlled way, we are willing to work with you on this. Many of those who seek gambling treatment don't want to give up their relationship with gambling. Gambling has been there for them and has helped them feel better in times when they felt low, it has helped them escape from problems in their lives, it has been there to help them with excruciating pain.
