Symptoms of Depression

Outpatient Counseling for Depression and/or Anxiety
This program is flexible to meet the needs of the individual. There is usually one individual session with a counselor each week. More sessions are available per week for those who want a little more.
Initial Assessment:
The first session involves the counselor getting to know you. The counselor will ask questions about how you are doing, what is going right and what is not going so well.

Ongoing Outpatient Treatment: After the first appointment goal setting will help us learn where you want to go in your counseling. Then we work each session on helping you get to the destination of your choice.
Homework:
Counseling is usually only one hour each week, but can be more if needed. Frequently it is necessary to practice what you are learning outside of sessions. You will receive homework to help make your counseling more effective and more efficient.

Affordable cost: Most insurance pays for outpatient mental health counseling. We will work with your insurance company and bill them for you.
