October 12: Learn 3 skills to help you deal with stress October 19: Learn to look at your stress differently October 26: Learn to look at your stress differently part 2 November 2: Learn to balance your stress November 9: Are my goals causing my stress? November 16: Are my beliefs causing my stress? These groups are appropriate for anyone working to decrease their stress and wanting to learn a new way of approaching difficult situations and/or relationships.
